HOW TO EARN MONEY PLAYING VIDEOGAMES

Many videogames companies take on people to play the videogames they plan to launch in the market. ¡It´s a real job!
Maybe it sounds incredible without an explanation, but it´s true and in this article I show why :

Within the development of a videogame, there´s a testing phase before launching it in the market to find possible mistakes. To do it, many companies take on testers which report the different errors they find playing. Some of these testers must have a minimum videogames technical or graphic knowledge. But the companies also look for casual players to get their opinions about their experience playing the game, for example, whether they find it too difficult or too easy, or whether any technical error doesn´t allow the perfect working of the game.

If you want to get this kind of job, what you can do is sail through the official web sites of different videogames companies (Nintendo, Namco, Capcom, Electronic Arts, Ubisoft…) and have a look on their jobs section. In these sections you can apply for one of these jobs if they are being offered in that moment, or send a curriculum showing your interest in getting job as a tester.

Other option to avoid waiting for a response that unfortunately could never come, is look for this kind of job offers in an internet search engine (Google, for example). Using the word “tester” you should find some.
