In this article we will present the topic.

In a previous post we had established that we have spent(passed) from the Industrial Age until the Age of the Knowledge and it is forged in the new millenium, the society is suffering a transformation on a global scale and the phenomenon that shows it is the globalization and with her(it) there is a new panorama in the life of the persons and in the business.

I am not going to repeat what we all already know for globalizatión, only I know that this is the result of a phenomenon that grew in the 90s and that has matured in the last five years, the economy of the information generated the industry of the high technology and with her(it) the overcrowding of the knowledge that has reached distant peoples where earlier, only approximately ten years ago it was not thought about the possibility of communicating in real-time with other places of the equal world of distant and different from an accessible cost.

It is not a coincidence that the change began with the fall of the wall of Berlin and with the disappearance of the ex-Soviet Union, since it meant the end(purpose) of the corporate ideologies, of the capitalism of the State(Condition) or Socialists where they were giving priority to the Marxist ideas of the “ dialectics of the justification ” or of the “ pessimistic spirit ” of the leaders who were coming to the governments and were submitting his governed ones to the backlog and to the poverty. An example of this

ruler who always reelige, it is Chávez, the Leader of Venezuela.

As for the Capitalism it is or it should be synonymous of economic(economical) democracy, since the free company when it works well, it offers economic(economical) opportunities for all, nevertheless, from his birth originates with a “ genetic evil ” that in turn, it is in any human being: The Greed. Let's not forget that the first economic(economical) theories on creation of the wealth were founded in the greed. It is interesting to know the ideas of Lester Thurow, ex-dean of Sloan School of Management and teacher of the MIT (Technical Institute of Massachussets) on the greed, he(it) defines her as(like) “ the desire to have more, however much it already has one, is the human desire that makes work to the capitalism ” . On the other hand, also the dissertation(thesis) of Abraham Maslow is on the hierarchy of the needs, which the human capacity divides of satisfying - first - the basic needs as food and housing, newly(recently) later to go on to higher, such motives as(like) the self-esteem, the love and the autoachievement. Can the greed be the foundation of the capitalism opposite to the misery and poverty that paradoxically created it in his birth? In my opinion the foundation that is arising is the conscience of the human values in the creation of the wealth.

In the last years one has tried to give effective responses to this dumb contradiction that we have imposed on ourselves and that prevents us from enjoying the financial plenty that we have the aptitude to create. With the development of the technology the power has moved to the user or to the global consumer and in this new perspective a new type of leadership is located.

I confess that it would not be known call it like, only I know that the leadership of old stamp, which he(she) has to see with the greed to the margin of the human values as(like) life style and as(like) exercise of the power, is in process of extinction opposite to the need to share the creation of the wealth and of the decisions that concern the future of the nations. We are in a moment of changes where the protagonist it is you who are and have the power to do it. We are carriers of immaterial values - intangible commercial - that can be used in the production of goods and services as(like) the mark, the leadership again type, the strategic contents, the personal, environmental and social reputation, the transparence, the human capital, the technology and the innovation, he(she) thinks that there are a part of your talents.

Consequently, the capitalism - as Patricia Aburdene was saying in his book “ Megatendencies 2010 ?-dresses a system of credence that looks alike very much to a business suit made for the success, but coffee with a dash of milk two sizes smaller, narrow, it is too tight and is too small to contain the prosperity that comes to us in way for many technological and spiritual advances that will bring next decades.
