What does it mean to be leader of his own life?

Surely they ever happened to your life "went out of control" and that first felt the need to change, not only knew "what, how and when" change us. It happens that when we enter into "personal crisis" with the motivations, circumstances, excuses, reasons or conflicts of beliefs they may be, the emotional impact is such that influences immediately in the areas of controlling our lives, thus increasing the area Lack of control, we feel, either, fear, anguish, anxiety, sadness or autopena that persist over time could begin to manifest itself physiologically, causing various diseases and disorders.
In the world there are two large groups of people:
1 .- The people committed and,
2 .- People uncommitted.
In terms of personal development when we are not aware of the need to change some or all of ourselves, do not identify how committed we are with our own lives. Then the most important criteria for self-evaluation in which group we are:
Who are those people committed?Who are the people not compromised?
-- Worker is considered his fate,
-- You do not have a vision itself, nor a purpose in life,
-- Do not assume responsibility for the results obtained,
-- Do not give them 100% when it undertakes,
-- Recognizes only two areas of the direct control and non-controlling,
-- Converts their chances in distress,
-- Their complacency is the "ceiling" that limits their chances.

Being a leader of his own life, precisely, means taking charge of your life, in different roles it plays live, so that all efforts are aligned towards a common goal: self as a person and transcend as human beings.

The ingredients to become leader of his own life:
1 .- Self-esteem,
2 .- Aligned
3 .- Purpose,
4 .- Commitment,
5 .- Dar.
