The Woman and the Leadership of new type

Who we have been born during the second half of the XXth century we know how the upbringing (raising) is in a family and patriarchal society. The fatherly figure and masculine (male) age the domineering one, whereas (while) the woman and mother was destined to fulfill the dispositions of the "chief of family." We assist for some decades at the end of the patriarchal diet (regime) that without being completely replaced for a "matriarchy" we are I walk to a new diet (regime) based on a horizontal and democratic system of relations.

In this frame the managerial practices are experiencing a revolution and tend to be reinvented. We have gone on from the traditional position (attitude) of control and command militarized - with all the conflicts associated with the power and with the authority - to another end of the pendulum, that is to say, to a position more collaborative and participatory. It is this point where the leadership of the woman is receiving (charging) a leading role that has never been seen earlier. The management is "feminized", without intention of being pejorative with this one affirmation, then, also happens in the military organizations where the woman has been admitted into a traditionally masculine (male) profession.

The influence of the competences, capacities, skills and knowledge of the woman favors a better performance of any organization and it is transforming the family, social, managerial and working circles doing them electric cords and opened for the change.

The above mentioned pendulous movement for which (whom) many organizations are not prepared, especially of patriarchal court (cut), needs from an adaptation to the change, from a transitional period that allows to expand the "area of serviceability" of the chiefs and subordinates to turn into real managers and collaborators. This new situation needs to conquer the natural resistance to the change and of a new type of leadership.

We are present at the replacement of the old managerial model arisen in the second half of the XXth century for another new model. This way we have that, earlier if the question was, how to do so that the people expires with the goals of the organization; now, the question is how to construct organizations that wake up and inspire creativity, passion and initiative. These human capacities can not be imposed, it is who will be the type of organization.

The imagination and commitment are the values that the people choose or not to practise them every day, but they can be learned, like (as) also teach (show).

The leading role of the woman in several spheres of the human activity has been crucial for the emergence of a new type of leadership. A leadership that constructs relations and interactions of service and that does not claim as (like) central target forming followers, but new leaders to the service of the others and of the organization in each of his different classes.
